Nursery Open Day

Take a walk through the community nursery where volunteers dedicate their time to grow local native plants for regenerative coastal community projects and species recovery.

Learn about some of the native plants grown including the Drooping Sheoak which is being grown to provide feeding habitat to entice the endangered Kangaroo Island Glossy Black-Cockatoo back to the mainland.

Open at 10 to Noon then the Nursery will be the host of the Worm Farming Workshop!
