The large front deck has great ocean and hills views and has a covered roof and four burner bbq and an eight seat outdoor table for easy alfresco entertaining, there is also a new large rear deck with table and chairs etc and for entertaining on those hot summer afternoons while watching the kids and your pets having fun in the fully fenced rear yard. For Winter there is a wood fire located upstairs, for Summer there are fans located in all living areas and all bedrooms, as well as a new split system air conditioner located in the upstairs living area and of course, the beautiful sea breezes that flow through the house. When all the windows are opened up you will rarely need to use the air conditioner. Situated at the Gold Coast Drive end of Riverview Drive the property is so close to the beach and has plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats etc. Please note it's an external staircase to access the upper and lower levels.
