This is an off-grid property serviced by solar power. Your own rainwater tank supplies your toilet (septic) and instant gas hot water for the bathroom and kitchen. Waking up in the queen-sized bed, you can look out to the ridge line through a forest of native pines and gum trees. Or you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, where you might even spot a kangaroo or two and plenty of native bird life.
