Also upstairs is the main kitchen/lounge/dining area, the main bathroom, separate toilet and reverse cycle air conditioner. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, first and second have double beds and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. A second lounge room with reverse cycle air conditioning, external laundry with shower, toilet and washing machine.
