Tucked away in untouched bushland above Myponga Beach, Sampson Retreat offers a unique off-grid escape where guests can truly switch off from daily life while still enjoying modern comforts, including Wi-Fi. This architecturally designed home blends sustainable living with relaxed comfort, creating a peaceful place to reconnect with nature.

The home features four sleeping spaces, including a queen bedroom, two single bedrooms and a loft-style queen sleeping area, making it suitable for families or small groups. A bathroom supplied with ozone-filtered rainwater adds to the home's sustainable design.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher and oven, while the laundry provides a washing machine for guest convenience. At the centre of the home is a spacious open-plan living area with a slow combustion heater and large windows overlooking the surrounding bushland, where wildlife is often seen passing by.

Designed with passive solar principles, the home uses natural ventilation and insulation to maintain comfort without air conditioning.

Although it feels completely secluded, Sampson Retreat is just five minutes from Myponga Beach and around ten minutes from the township of Myponga, home to local markets, cafés and the Smiling Samoyed Brewery.
