Villa 94 is where holidays get bigger, looser, and a little more fun.

One of the more spacious villas in South Shores (sleeps 9 across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms), this is for groups who want room to spread out, come together, and settle into that carefree coastal rhythm - where mornings drift, afternoons stretch, and no one is in a rush to leave the table.

With lagoon views at the front and open countryside at the back, Villa 94 feels like it sits right between two worlds - water and wide open space - both quietly shaping your stay.

Upstairs is where it all happens – a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space that flows out to a generous balcony overlooking the lagoon. It's made for long breakfasts, shared grazing plates, and BBQ dinners that somehow turn into late-night conversations under the stars. The master suite enjoys a beautiful outlook across rolling hills where horses graze in the distance – a peaceful contrast to the energy of the main living space. It also includes an ensuite with bath and separate shower, perfect for slow evening wind-downs.

Stylishly refreshed and thoughtfully designed for families, it sleeps up to eight with a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of bunks, and a games room - perfect for relaxed coastal holidays together.

The heart of the home is its generous living and dining spaces, where large sliding doors blur the line between inside and outside. Gather around the oversized dining table for long meals, settle into the indoor lounge with a coffee, or drift out to the outdoor living area as the afternoon rolls in.

Downstairs, the garage has been transformed into a dedicated games room that brings everyone together. With two comfortable lounges, table tennis, and foosball.

The bedrooms have been designed as peaceful retreats, giving everyone their own place to unwind after a day at the beach or by the pool. You'll find he King bedroom and ensuite upstairs, and the Queen and Bunk Room downstairs with access to the main bathroom.
